Dr. BUKKY KESTON

Dr. Bukky Keston is a distinguished academic, administrator, and financial governance professional with a strong track record in educational leadership, institutional planning, and treasury management. She currently serves as the National Treasurer of the Chartered Institute of Treasury Management (CITM), where she plays a pivotal role in strengthening financial oversight, promoting treasury best practices, and supporting the Institute’s mission to uphold ethical financial management across sectors.

Dr. Keston holds a Ph.D. in Administration and Planning from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, where her research explored strategic approaches to educational administration, policy formulation, and organizational efficiency. She also earned a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy (MIAD), equipping her with a global perspective and deep insight into international relations, diplomacy, and cross-border administrative systems.

In addition to her leadership role at CITM, Dr. Keston is a Lead Researcher and Lecturer at the Federal University of Education, Zaria, where she is extensively involved in teaching, academic mentorship, curriculum development, and high-impact research. Her scholarly interests span educational planning, institutional management, international diplomacy, and the intersection between governance and sustainable development.
